NOR-CAL Moving Services Wins 2021 Supplier of the Year for MoveCenter

NOR-CAL Moving Services is thrilled to announce that our company was recently recognized as Supplier of the Year for MoveCenter! Out of thousands of MoveCenter suppliers worldwide, only 14 have received one of these distinguished awards for 2021.

This award is the highest honor for high-performing companies that meet customer expectations and highlights those businesses that offer the very best customer experience including willingness to delight clients and not just “go the extra mile,” responsiveness/customer friendliness of coordinator(s), transferee surveys/feedback, and quality of facilities/equipment. In addition to this, MoveCenter also evaluates using quantifiable metrics including transferee survey results, the variance between estimates and actual prices, timeliness and accuracy of invoices, record of legal compliance, and adherence to specific client requirements, including SLA’s.
