“This is a review for the quote and booking process only, for an interstate move across the country (coast to coast). I worked with Phil B with Nor-Cal as the chosen agent for Allied in the Bay Area. We set up a virtual quote appointment via Zoom and together, we walked through each of the rooms to be moved so Phil could take inventory. His turnaround on the quote was fast, the quote was detailed and broke down the services quoted clearly. He also gave helpful advice on options around storage (local vs. at our destination) and packing (by ourselves or by the company, with tradeoffs around cost and damage risk). We did not go ahead with the move for reasons other than Nor-Cal or Phil. We did interact with many other national and local carriers and found this experience to be the smoothest and clearest. A lot of movers are very wishy-washy on their quotes or calls, but Phil was clear and deliberate.”
