Submit A Claim
Thank you for trusting NOR-CAL Moving Services for your professional move. We understand that at times things happen during the transport and move of your items that result in items received in a damaged condition or items not received during delivery. Let us make it right. Please complete the claim form we have provided below and submit to hhgclaims@nor-calmoving.com. Upon receipt of your claim form, our Claim Adjuster will review and contact you directly.
Things to keep in mind when filing a Claim:
- All claims must be completed and received by our company within nine months from the delivery date of your shipment.
- Providing complete information such as inventory numbers, brand names, amount claimed, etc. will expedite the review of your claim and help prevent any unnecessary delays. Where exact costs are not available, an estimate would be helpful.
- Please do not proceed with repairs or replacements, do not transport to a new location, and do not destroy or discard items. Frequently, a visual inspection is required prior to authorizing final adjustments. You may secure repair estimates provided no expense is incurred.
- Upon receipt of the claim form, we will take the necessary steps to see that your claim is properly investigated and adjusted. It may be necessary to require an inspection of the damaged articles, therefore, please do not dispose of or repair any item until further instructions have been received from this office.
